The search warrant was completely based on lies. Margolis later admitted he lied in order to get the search warrant. The arrest of Janey and I for racketeering was based on the fact that I owned the business. The business was, in his eyes, illegal because two undercover stings had proven that 2 girls would engage in oral sex if requested. The missing element of the required knowledge on my part of these actions was not in evidence. Margolis own theory was that I was as an employer was responsible for my employee’s actions no matter what. His theory was legal BS. Furthermore I did not pay my escorts but they paid the escort service.   Also none of the retrieved search warrant items such as credit card machines could indicate whether the business was a legal escort business or a front for prostitution. (As the cops like to call it). The search warrant raid was a real show, they knew only a few girls would be at the office yet they brought in a swat team. After the swat team left, they had no less than 15 cops and detectives running around the office. (I was not present but read the reports.) So this is what happened: They came in threatening everybody to be charged with racketeering if not cooperating in making a statement admitting that this was a prostitution ring. They were also calling them dirty whores. Janey was handcuffed and the escorts were locked up in the TV room. After about 20 minutes finally one of those 15 dumbos noticed a microphone hanging from the ceiling. They panicked, opened the ceiling and found wires leading to a hidden VCR and multiple hidden cameras. The cameras were hidden in clocks and other stuff. Well you guessed it: The video tape disappeared. An internal investigation was started and every cop interviewed. It became clear that a cop and not an escort had to have stolen the tape. Which cop, was never determined. They tried to hint that some BSO cop might have done it. But it was established that the last cop to have the tape was the supervisor of the Fort Lauderdale vice unit himself Sergeant Gary Dagenbaugh. This Nazi also was the first to notice the tape missing “from the box he put it in.” Now get this; Why was the premise not searched and each and every cop vehicle, every garbage bin in the building?? Why? because the tape had to disappear. The case would have been bust right away without getting the chance to arrest me and deport me as they had planned. During the raid they also did a reverse sting operation as the cops called it. They had female cops answer the phones, record the conversation when a customer would request an escort. Then the female cop would say something like you want straight sex or oral sex or both. The few clients who did not figure out it was unusual to discuss sex were arrested and charged with solicitation a prostitute.
The escort service had only a day of interruption , the next day business was as usual. Jeanny was the new manager and everything stayed the same. We just had to buy new phones and credit card machines. The po po was really pissed that they were not able to close the business. They openly admitted they had never ever heard of a place being raided and going on like nothing ever happened. And on  top of that the owner going on TV. They were so pissed. Not only the police was pissed, I found out that the entire Fort Lauderdale brass and mayor and county sheriff were livid. A new era of terror started. The owner of the building was told that the business should be evicted or else they would next time be charged with conspiracy to racketeering. An eviction procedure started, (see more later), Margolis had told the phone company to shut the phone lines off. They did, It took a day for my attorney’s to point out and explain to Bellsouth that they had no right to do so unless court ordered. I had to move out of my beach front rented condo.

In March 1998 at around 7:00 PM I went to the office. As usual, I would be in the office for half an hour around that time. The cops came again. They kicked in the door and cuffed my hands and put me on a chair. This time the video and audio system was disabled right away. Harington started to read the search warrant. He did this in a Shakespeare kind of way like he was on a big stage. At first it was funny but he kept going on for a long time, like he was crazy. Margolis had a nasty attitude. I called him a liar a few times. Then he comes to me and says: ”if you don’t keep your mouth shut, I am going to take you in the hallway alone, and don’t forget you’re handcuffed. Dagenbaugh told me they were going to revoke my bond. He explained that I was committing new crimes while out on bond. This time they had in the search warrant included every article that was in the office. They had two guys and a big truck. Everything was hauled out. Everything, a globe, pinball machines, 4 seater couches, big desk, water cooler, paintings, garbage bins. The only thing left was the soda and snack machine and a taped photo on the wall of my son. They took my Rolls. I later heard that most of the cops took turns in driving around the office building in the car. I was out after 24 hrs. This time the arrest and search warrant was even more false. They had obtained a search warrant in anticipation of a crime which was illegal. They had called a few hours before my arrest for a girl. When she got there, William Spodnick the partner of Margolis, had posed as a client. He paid her with a credit card and then asked if oral sex was possible. When she affirmed she got arrested. They had hoped the girls would make a statement which in 95% of the cases they will because of jail threat. This girl told them she was not going to say anything. She got arrested for prostitution. Now you would have thought they would blow off the search warrant and raid due to lack of evidence but no. There was no link to me, I never sent the girl, never talked to the cop, never had any knowledge, credit card charges were not processed because the girl never made it back to the office. I never got money from that call. And yet I was charged with deriving support and an unlawful credit card transaction. A few weeks later that crooked state attorney Lee Seidman asked the judge to revoke my bond. He stated that I was committing new crimes, he also stated I was a danger to the community because me or my escorts were spreading AIDS. Fleischman found appellate law that indicated the bond should not be revoked. (later the appellate law would change on this) . The judge stated that he had no choice to not revoke my bond. He said that if it was not for the case law he would have. They had brought most vice cops to the hearing. They really had thought I was getting handcuffed right there and locked up for years before trial. They were really hot.

After I had gotten out I wanted to buy new furniture and get started again. Jeanny was a chicken. She was not going back to the office but offered her apartment to be used. We transferred the lines to her house. It was a little chaotic. There was only one phone in the house so we had to use additional cell phones. A week later the po po was by the apartment. We had spotted them just in time before they were going to raid her place. We had hauled ass and set up shop in hotels. I bought a bunch of cell phones and the lines were transferred. Every few days we changed hotel and only a few people knew where we were at. I came to find out that it was Janey Ellis who had called the cops and snitched Jeanny’s place out. Janey later admitted she did this because she had hoped that if my business closed she would not be charged. I had also found out that Janey was contacting some regular clients and went to see them for free sex. Janey went in May 1998 to Las Vegas to work in a legal brothel as a prostitute.

The cops had not given up. In April 1998 team Margolis, Spodnick and Dagenbaugh had detective Joyce Flemming call the escort service pretending she needed a job as escort. After she was told she was to old she kept insisting she looked real young and pretty. She was told to go a fast food place on Commercial blvd. to meat Jeanny for an interview. There was another girl too for interview. I have seen the undercover video later and this is what happened; Jeanny talked about mandatory shifts, checking in and out, and all the stuff an escort needs to know. No sex was discussed. Then when Jeanny wanted to conclude the interview and told both woman they where hired, Joyce Flemming tells Jeanny: “I have to tell you something in private”. The other girl left. Flemming then states: “listen I do not get fucked in the ass.” Jeanny now gets this look on her face like; what the fuck is wrong with this nut case. After a short pause Jeanny says: “look you don’t have to do anything like that.” The cops and Flemming stated this was all evidence that the escort service was really a front for prostitution. But they failed to explain how a cop telling a staff member what she did not do was evidence. After Flemming was hired she was an hour later send on her first call. She was told not to call the client but did it anyway. She told the client she would be there shortly and wanted to get laid. The client never responded to that remark. Flemming arrived at the clients house with the vice cops. He was told to make a statement or go to jail. The client gave a taped statement that he intended to have sex with the escort. They detained the client in order that he could not warn us for what was going on. Then Flemming called the phone operator of the escort service stating she was sick and could not finish her shift. She was told to cash out the next day. But Flemming insisted on meeting someone now. That should have raised red flags with Jeanny and the phone operator right there that something is wrong. We never had girls so eager to cash out. So Flemming was told to go to a certain gas station and meet up with Tammy. Flemming gave the money and stated: “I got real sick, thank god I did not have to fuck him.” Flemming is now seen on the video banging her head with her hand over and over again because the cops did not move in. The reason they never moved in was because there was no evidence. Tammy got arrested for deriving support of prostitution. Later they altered the video. They put noise just over the words: “did not”. Flemming stated later that she stated: “thank got I only had to fuck him.” That Flemming is a real liar. In her depo we caught her in so many lies and conflicting statements. She is a liar. Tammy was obviously aware of the ongoing criminal vendetta. She was instructed to never discuss sex and to never accept money if sex was discussed. This how they caught Heidi Fleiss and this is how they get every other escort service owner ever arrested. An audio tape with sex being the proceeds of the money accepted by the defendant is the only hard evidence available. Oral testimony would be hearsay which is not admissible in court.

In June 1998 the decision came that we were not going to be charged. Right away we moved back in to the office. I had just gotten back all the confiscated furniture too. The judge even was wondering about the legality of taking the furniture. He in particular was puzzled why a globe was taking in evidence. More to come soon shortly………………
